DRAUGHTSMAN

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

• Produce draft designs according to the given specifications.

• To produce both basic and construction ID drawings for all design phases of a project in Autocad.

• Assist in-house Interior Designers and Project Managers.

• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes and detailing.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

​

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

• Required languages: English.

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field

• Required skills: Proficiency using Autocad.

• 5 days/week work, full time.

• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

PROJECT MANAGER

​

RESPONSIBILITIES:

​

• Control projects from start to finish to ensure that it is adjusted to drawings with high quality.

• Manage the assigned ID project and ensure that it is constructed and documented in accordance with the plan, carried out to specific standards & guidelines.

• Create, coordinate and maintain the project schedule.

• Monitor & supervise daily work progress for timely completion to plan and resolve any incident giving architectural solutions.

• Frequent site visits to check progress of construction dealing with Contractor and Client.

• Assist and coordinate with in-house Interior Designers and Draughters.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

​

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture.

• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field

• Required skills: Autocad.

• 5 days/week work, full time.

• Own transport.

• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
